ABOUT MEG
HOW MY JOURNEY BEGAN​
​
In 2018, I woke up on a cold morning and realised that I couldn’t remember the last time I’d felt truly happy.
​
Nothing felt within my control, I was overwhelmed, nervy, scared and extremely sad that by my late 20’s, this was what I had to show for it.
​
I then made one of the hardest but best decisions I’ve ever made. I put absolutely everything down and walked away from a life I’d spent the best part of my 20’s creating. I’ve spent the last 5 years getting super uncomfortable and finding out what I really want.
​
And I’ve come to realise - it’s not really about finding out who you are, it’s about creating who you want to be.
​
Amongst the self-help books, podcasts, reinvigorated hobbies, deep chats with friends and family and even therapy… I found life coaching.
​
It helped me become who I am today. Which included realising, it’s exactly what I want to have a career in.
​
So, from me to you. I’ve been there. I know - it’s a super shit place to be. But I promise, oh I double pinky swear promise, it can get so much better.
