How do I update my address?
Just pop us an email at meg@thejoyprojectcoach.co.uk with your new address.Make sure you do this before your next billing date so your Joy Mail lands in the right place
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged each month on the same date you originally signed up. So if you join on the 12th, your payment will come out on the 12th each month.
When is Joy Mail sent?
Joy Mail is sent towards the end of the month before, or the start of the month it’s for. For example:
Your June Joy Mail will be sent towards the end of May or the beginning of June. This gives it the best chance of landing right when it’s meant to
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - you can cancel whenever you like. If your payment has already been taken for the month, you’ll still receive that month’s Joy Mail (as it’ll already be in motion), but you won’t be charged again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
As this is a subscription with physical items already prepared and sent, we’re unable to offer refunds on:previous paymentsor orders that have already been processed for the month
How is Joy Mail sent?
Joy Mail is sent via Royal Mail second class post. It’s not tracked or signed for - this helps keep things simple and affordable for everyone.
What if my post doesn’t arrive?
Once your Joy Mail has been sent, it’s in the hands of the postal service.While this is rare, we’re unable to take responsibility for items that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered.If something doesn’t arrive, feel free to reach out and we’ll always do our best to help where we can
I live outside the UK - what should I select?
If your delivery address is outside the UK, please make sure you choose the International subscription option.If a UK subscription is selected with an international address, we won’t be able to send your Joy Mail until this has been updated.
Do I have to complete the exercises?
Not at all. They’re there as a gentle invitation, not a requirement.Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and go at your own pace.
