You know what makes you feel good.
You know what you want to do more of.
You know the things you've been saying
"I really need to start doing that" about for months.
You just... aren't actually doing most of it. And the longer you spend thinking about changing your life instead of actually doing anything, the easier it is to forget that you're someone who can.
That version of you who feels joyful AF, brave, curious, creative and like she's actually participating in her own bloody life doesn't appear when you finally think the right thoughts.
She appears when you start giving yourself evidence.
The Joy Project Challenge is a five-week experiment for women who are sick of their own shit and ready to stop thinking about living differently and start fucking with the variables.
I'm guessing life right now looks a little like this:
You've lost your spark a bit
Your life isn't bad. It's actually pretty fine. But somewhere along the way, you've stopped doing as many of the things that make you feel really fucking alive. You're craving more fun, novelty, creativity, adventure - more you.
You keep saying "I really need to..."
Book the thing. Start running. Make something. Go somewhere new. Put your phone down. Message that person. Finally start the idea. You mean it every time. And then somehow another three months pass and... you still haven't.
You're thinking the hell out of everything
You've journalled. Reflected. Saved the posts. Listened to the podcasts. You understand your patterns so well you could probably prepare a PowerPoint on them. But knowing why you're stuck hasn't necessarily helped get unstuck.
You've started pre-rejecting yourself
"I'd love to do that, but..." You don't have the time. You're not confident enough. You wouldn't be good at it. You don't know where to start. Maybe when things calm down. You've got so used to thinking about what might happen that you've stopped giving yourself opportunities to find out.
Everything feels like such a bloody effort
You don't need another 12-step morning routine, terrifying 75Hard or downloadable workbook you'll forget exists by Thursday.
You want things to feel lighter.
Fun again. Small enough to actually do.
Interesting enough that you want to.

And you're a little sick of your own shit.
You keep having those moments of:
"RIGHT. Things are changing."
New month. New notebook. New motivation.
And then life carries on exactly as it did before.
Not because you don't want things badly enough.
But because eventually, something has to happen outside your own head.
And I absolutely get it!
We've become very, very good at consuming information about how to live. How to be happier. More confident. More productive. More regulated. More fulfilled. More ourselves. But at some point, knowing more stops being the answer.
You don't need more insight.
You need some new evidence.

"I'm in this headspace where if I put things into motion, then I can see the outcome and the next steps. These sessions have been a godsend Meg! Thank you so much."
- Jenny, past programme participant

Five weeks from now, this could feel different.
You're not suddenly a new woman.
Your inbox still needs answering and there's probably something questionable in the vegetable drawer.
But you've started participating in your own life again.

YOU'RE DOING THINGS BEFORE YOU FEEL READY
You're not waiting for the magical combination of motivation, confidence and a completely empty calendar. You're sending the message. Booking the thing. Starting badly. Going anyway. You're discovering that sometimes confidence doesn't come first.

YOU'RE TRUSTING THE LITTLE "OOH, I'D QUITE LIKE TO..." THOUGHTS
Instead of immediately responding with "that's silly / expensive / pointless / I don't have time / maybe another day", you're getting curious about them. Wear it. Make it. Go there.
Try it.
5pm-8pm

YOU'RE A LITTLE BIT BRAVER
You've done things that made you uncomfortable. You've survived being a beginner. You've spoken up. You've tried things without knowing how they'd turn out. And every "oh fuck, I actually did it" becomes evidence for the next slightly scarier thing.

YOUR LIFE HAS MORE STUFF IN IT THAT FEELS LIKE YOU
You're creating things. Making plans.
Going places. Putting your phone down occasionally. Laughing more.
You've got things you're looking forward to. Not because your entire life has changed — but because you've started changing what you put into it.
5pm-8pm

YOU'RE NOT DISMISSING THINGS AS IMPOSSIBLE BEFORE YOU'VE EVEN TRIED
Instead of "I could never..." you're starting to think: "I wonder what would happen if I did?" Because doing things gives you information that sitting around thinking about doing them never can. Suddenly, there are possibilities where there used to be assumptions.
5pm-8pm

YOU'VE GOT RECEIPTS
So when your brain pipes up with:
"Yeah, but I'm just not someone who does things like that..." You've got evidence. I did that. And that. And I nearly talked myself out of that one, but I did it anyway. No more convincing. You've watched yourself do it.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND
THE JOY PROJECT CHALLENGE
Okay, so what are we actually doing?
Here’s how we build your transformation from the brain down:
🧠 Neuroscience
We use your brain’s natural reward system to create real, lasting change. From dopamine-driven motivation to rewiring thought patterns through repetition and safety, you’ll learn how to work with your brain - not against it.
💬 NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Through strategic language and reframing tools, we interrupt the thought patterns keeping you stuck and help you embed new, empowering beliefs that drive different actions.
🧱 Behavioural Psychology
We design your habits and identity shift using proven methods from habit theory and behavior change science. (Think: identity-based habits, accountability triggers, and actual momentum instead of just good intentions.)
This isn’t fluff. This is the science of action, confidence and joy - translated into language you actually understand.

SO, WHAT ARE WE ACTUALLY DOING?
FOR FIVE WEEKS...
I'll give you tiny experiments designed to take around five minutes and get you interacting with your life differently.
OUR FIVE FOCUS AREAS
WEEK ONE: NOTICE
Find what's already here.
WEEK TWO: CHOOSE
Start acting on your own behalf.
WEEK THREE: MOVE
Do the slightly harder thing.
WEEK FOUR: EXPAND
See what becomes possible when you change what you do.
WEEK FIVE: BECOME
Look at the evidence you've collected about who you are now.
WHAT'S INSIDE THE CHALLENGE
📹 Every Monday: a short video from me setting up the week's experiment.
🎧 Every Wednesday: a private podcast exploring the psychology and science behind what we're doing.
🧪 Throughout the week: your tiny daily actions.
💬 Optional WhatsApp chat to stay accountable & find your cheerleaders.
🍩 BONUS Materials: Downloadable Experiment Tracker, Workbook & more surprises along the way.

"I had a million ideas and zero clarity. I was stuck in my head and second-guessing every move. By week 3, I’d made two major decisions, set boundaries that felt amazing, and started doing instead of just thinking. This process changed everything."

THIS IS FOR YOU IF
Your life isn't necessarily bad.
It's just gone a little... beige.
You've forgotten what it feels like to be the version of you who climbed trees, made up stories, performed, explored, created things, asked questions and did stuff just to see what would happen.
You're a little bit sick of your own shit... but absolutely do not require a man with a microphone shouting at you about discipline.
You want to feel:
joyful AF. Braver. Bolder. More creative. More curious. More like yourself.
You don't need another day at the spa. You don't need another podcast. And you definitely don't need another PDF.
You need to do something. Small enough that you'll actually do it. Interesting enough that you'll want to.
And different enough that you might just surprise yourself.
AND NO, YOU CAN'T FALL BEHIND
No streaks.
No catching up.
No "I missed three days so obviously I've failed and shall resume personal growth in January."
Miss the action on Wednesday?
Come back Thursday.
Because we're not practising perfection.
We're practising coming back.
35 days. Not 35 perfect days.

I GET IT.
I’m Meg, Founder of The Joy Project - and I know what it’s like to have a busy full life… that doesn’t feel full of you.
This method was born from the 1000+ coaching hours I’ve accumulated and the stand-out exercises that have had a 100% success rate in getting clients from stuckness, second-guessing and perfectionism. And I stand by them hard.
Why? Because they worked on me too.
Years back, I realised I didn’t need more self-help books to read. I needed experimentation and curiosity that honoured who I actually was and gave me permission to create a joyful life instead of constantly waiting for it to happen.
The activities inside the Joy Project Challenge has helped dozens of women map out a life they love - and it’s just getting started.

FAQ'S
Q: I’m super busy right now - how much time will this take? Allow 5-10 minutes a day. Watch the video making your dinner and listen to the podcast on a cute dog walk. You can go at your own pace and still make powerful progress. Q. When will the sessions be? No live sessions, actions arrive each morning. Q: What if I don’t know what I want yet? Perfect. That’s exactly where we start. You don’t need clarity to begin - you’ll build it day by day. Q: What if I don’t follow through? We’ve built-in accountability, community, and science-backed tools that work with your brain, not against it.
