When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged each month on the same date you originally signed up. So if you join on the 12th, your payment will come out on the 12th each month.
When is Joy Mail sent?
Joy Mail is sent towards the end of the month before, or the start of the month it’s for. For example: Your June Joy Mail will be sent towards the end of May or the beginning of June. This gives it the best chance of landing right when it’s meant to
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - you can cancel whenever you like. If your payment has already been taken for the month, you’ll still receive that month’s Joy Mail (as it’ll already be in motion), but you won’t be charged again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
As this is a subscription with physical items already prepared and sent, we’re unable to offer refunds on previous payments or orders that have already been processed for the month.
