“Meg, I need your help 🙉”
I hear this all the time. And when I ask what’s really going on, the answer is almost always the same:
👉🏻 “Where do I even start when I know I want more, but I’m overwhelmed by all the ideas and noise in my head?”
Sound familiar?
Here’s the truth bomb most people won’t tell you:
💥 Clarity doesn’t come from overthinking. It comes from creating space. 💥

Before You Plan Your Whole Life, Start Here
Forget the 5-year plan.
Forget redoing your CV again.
Forget buying another journal with pastel affirmations you’ll never use.
Instead, start with one powerful question:
“What’s no longer mine to carry?”
Because 9 times out of 10, you’re not actually stuck. You’re just weighed down by outdated beliefs, unrealistic pressure, and a load of mental junk that doesn’t belong to you anymore (if it ever did).
You're Not Broken - You're Just Carrying Too Much
The voice in your head saying you need to have it all figured out?
The “shoulds” telling you to follow a certain path?
The fear that if you let go of perfection, it’ll all fall apart?
None of that is the real you.
And you’re allowed to put it down.
Start small. Ask yourself:
✨ “What am I done believing about who I need to be?”
Let go of one old thought - and watch how quickly the fog begins to lift.

How to find clarity when you're overwhelmed?
This is exactly the kind of work we do at The Joy Project. Whether it’s through our retreats, 1:1 coaching, or monthly tools inside the Joy Toolkit - we help overwhelmed women build momentum by getting clear, not by doing more, but by doing what actually matters.
🟡 You don’t need to be ready. You just need to begin.
🟡 You don’t need a plan. You need permission.
🟡 You don’t need fixing. You need space.
