You can go at your own pace and still make powerful progress. Q. When will the sessions be? Tuesdays at 19:00. If there is interest in a session delivered in the day, this may be made available too. Q: What if I don’t know what I want yet? Perfect. That’s exactly where we start. You don’t need clarity to begin - you’ll build it inside the programme. Q: What if I don’t follow through? We’ve built-in accountability, community, and science-backed tools that work with your brain, not against it.
