"I don't know if I have enough time for the programme, what's the commitment?"
The course is designed to be time-efficient, with focused sessions and actionable steps. You'll be able to successfully balance the course with your busy lives.
"What if I can't make a workshop session?"
All live sessions are recorded, apart from the Q&A's to protect people when sharing their own stories.
"Do I have to use the WhatsApp chat?"
Nope, zero pressure to jump in. But, we have found that the group chats are one of our runaway successes in past Joy Project programmes, courses and retreats.
